A boutique litigation firm in Encino, CA is seeking a motivated Junior Associate Attorney to join its growing team. The firm handles disputes and lawsuits involving business, real estate, employment, and other matters—from pre-litigation through trial.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and correspondence
• Assist with discovery, including written discovery and document review
• Support depositions, hearings, and court appearances
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Organize and manage case files efficiently

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of civil litigation experience
• Active California State Bar license (required)
• Strong legal writing and research skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits:

• $120,000 – $150,000 annual salary
