In this role, you will...

• Support divisional marketing initiatives by executing various marketing projects using our project management system.
• Assist in managing the day-to-day activities of projects, including overseeing project responsibilities and schedules.
• Capture detailed meeting notes and transcribe recordings when requested.
• Help ensure adherence to quality standards, processes and compliance on an ongoing basis.
• Use MedPro's provided systems and processes to communicate project updates and needs with team.
• Participate in company and community activities.
• Other duties as assigned.

We are looking for candidateswith...

• Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program with at least two years completed. Preferred majors include business, marketing, management, or related fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Possess capability to self-start projects and leverage proactive communication in the process.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and grasp new concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment or independently.
• Strong PC skills to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship, both now and in the future.
