Insurance Defense Litigation - Junior Associate Attorney
We’re a NYC Downtown AV rated Insurance Defense/Personal Injury Law Firm presently recruiting for a Litigation Senior Associate Attorney with 3 to 6 years of experience admitted in New York that has demonstrated the ability to handle his or her own caseload. Insurance defense/Personal Injury background required. Corporation Counsel Law Department, NYCHA or other Municipal litigation experience, Insurance Company in-house litigation experience preferred. Strong writing and research skills a must.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to handle matters from inception to conclusion in areas of general liability defense litigation, construction accidents, serious injury litigation and premises liability.
