Your New Role

• Independently run residential HVAC installations from start to finish in Harleyville, SC and surrounding service areas

• Install air conditioning systems, heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, and related equipment

• Lead installation projects to ensure systems are installed safely and according to manufacturer specifications and local codes

• Perform system start-ups, testing, and final adjustments to ensure peak performance

• Communicate confidently with homeowners about system operation and answer basic questions

• Collect payment on-site when required and ensure accurate documentation is submitted

• Maintain organized, professional job sites and properly care for company tools, equipment, and vehicles

• Coordinate with team members and office staff to keep projects on schedule and customers informed

• Use FieldEdge to document job details and close out work orders (experience is a plus, training provided)

• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience

• Experience leading or assisting with full system installs

• EPA Certification required

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems

• Ability to read and interpret installation manuals and technical documents

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to lift equipment and work in attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Loyal work history preferred (longer tenure in roles vs. frequent job changes)
