Who We're Looking For

Lifetime Home Remodeling is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated HR Generalist to support our Southern California operations from our Burbank, CA office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and wants to help build HR infrastructure that supports scale and sustainability. You'll partner with local leadership, human resources, and talent teams to ensure seamless people operations for our employees across Los Angeles County and nearby areas .

What You'll Do

• Partner with local leadership and Talent Acquisition to support staffing needs
• Facilitate onboarding sessions and ensure a smooth new hire experience
• Maintain training plans and internal communication processes
• Assist with payroll and changes to pay, deductions, and tax information
• Administer benefits and act as primary point of contact for employee inquiries
• Manage HRIS updates, software account provisioning, and equipment tracking
• Handle FMLA, COBRA, unemployment, and workers' comp administration
• Lead employee engagement and resolve team concerns proactively

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of HR Generalist and employee relations experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with modern HR software
• Expert level understanding of LA County employment laws and regulations required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit for long periods and work at a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs when needed
