We are Family-Owned and Operated HVAC and Kitchen Equipment Company that is looking for hard-working and dedicated technicians with at least 3+ years experience in HVAC and refrigeration. We offer basic training in systems, equipment and technical training with factories. We live by the motto "You're only as good as your last job." As a team-oriented company, we work together on projects and installs and offer a helping hand when your fellow techs run into problems on jobs. - We start our days early morning so punctuality is key.

- You will be required to communicate with customers on every job and provide detailed description on the work you did before leaving the site. (We want to build that trust and communication)

- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

- Effectively diagnose and repairs equipment. Including but not limited to calling manufactures for tech support.

- Show pride and integrity in your work. You are a representative of our company and you set the standard of who we are.

- Follow training practices to the fullest.

- Will have to work in the heat for long periods at a time.

- Monday-Friday

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years experience

- Valid Driver's License with Clean Record

- EPA License (Preferred but not required)

- Potential to perform physically demanding labor including heavy lifting between 50-150 lbs.

- Willingness to work overtime and be part of an on-call rotation once a month for emergencies and weekends

- Demonstrate effective communication skills

- Basic knowledge in technology use

- Speak Spanish (Preferred but not required)

- Willing to learn

- Demonstrate acceptance of responsibility and accountability

- Punctual

- Reliable

- Self-Motivated

- Pass the background check upon hire

- Monday-Friday work week with alternating on-call
