We are looking for positive and eager stylists to grow our salon! Team sailing dba Great Clips has 26 years experience as a family hair salon who value respect and transparency with our staff and the clients we serve. Team Sailing Promise -$17/hr guaranteed effective wage -Top stylists earn $30+/hr with tips(not including their cash) -Full supplies provided(all you need are your clippers, trimmers and shears) -Paid training and leadership track available -Need help with tool purchase we can help purchase we can help via payroll deduction -Full-time stylist are eligible for benefits available\n

\n Hair Stylist/Barber Qualifications:

\n

• Cosmetology License and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
\n
• The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide GREAT haircuts
\n
• The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (don't worry, training is provided)
\n
• The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe
