Employer Training Coordinator

The Employer Training Coordinator is responsible for identifying, developing, and delivering workforce training programs to PACE clients and employer partners. Working in collaboration with the Assistant Director of Work Readiness and the Hard Skills Trainer, this role develops curriculum designed to prepare clients for successful employment while supporting employers in recruiting, hiring, and retaining diverse talent.

This position designs and facilitates both instructor-led and e-learning training programs, coordinates logistics, monitors compliance, evaluates training outcomes, and collaborates with employer partners and internal departments to align training initiatives with labor market demand.

The role requires strong operational management, attention to detail, and experience working with vulnerable or at-risk populations. The Employer Training Coordinator supports the development of an employer-driven culture across PACE programs while upholding the organizational values of teamwork, collaboration, and innovation.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive workforce training curriculum, developing 812 industry-informed training programs annually aligned with employer hiring standards and labor market demand.
  • Conduct workforce needs assessments with employer partners and internal departments to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training that prepares participants for high-demand occupations.
  • Integrate evidence-based workforce development practices, barrier-informed approaches, and job-readiness competencies into training programs to support individuals facing employment barriers.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
  • Maintaining a continuous curriculum improvement process, reviewing training outcomes, employer feedback, and labor market trends to update at least 25% of training materials annually.
  • Designing custom training modules for at least 5 employer partners annually based on job requirements and essential workplace competencies.
  • Delivering 610 training sessions per month through in-person, virtual, or hybrid formats to support client job readiness and employer workforce development.
  • Training 200350 PACE clients annually and facilitating quarterly employer training sessions focused on hiring practices, employee retention, and workplace integration.
  • Developing and maintaining 68 e-learning modules annually using a Learning Management System (LMS) and digital learning tools to expand training accessibility.
  • Collaborating with 10+ employer partners annually to ensure training curriculum aligns with employer expectations, job requirements, and workforce trends.
  • Conducting post-training evaluations for all sessions, maintaining participant satisfaction rates of 85% or higher, and using feedback to improve program delivery.
  • Tracking training performance and outcomes and submit monthly reports on attendance, completion rates, and employment-related results.

  • You are proficient in distilling large amounts of complex information in organized and structured training courses.
  • You have experience using e-learning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems.
  • You are knowledgeable on economic and workforce development this is a plus.

Compensation: $66,300 annually
