Job Description: Your Impact

Are you a detail-oriented leader who thrives in dynamic environments? In the role of District Sales Manager you will oversee our service and warehouse operations, ensuring that our teams deliver exceptional results. You will lead by example, coach diverse personalities, and drive sales performance while maintaining operational excellence in the warehouse.

Job Duties: How You Win Everyday

• Lead and manage our service team, providing coaching and support.
• Organize and maintain warehouse efficiency, managing inventory, shipping, and tool room operations.
• Set our service team up for success by aiming to meet and surpass sales goals while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor stock levels, reorder materials as necessary, and assist with monthly inventory checks.

Qualifications: What You Offer

• Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of driving revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team effectively.
