DentalWorks is seeking a motivated Dental Hygienist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, providing compassionate, high-quality dental care to patients in a collaborative and supportive environment. As a key clinical team member, you will deliver preventive and periodontal therapies, perform thorough dental cleanings, take and evaluate digital radiographs, and support the dentist in comprehensive patient care. You will review medical histories, conduct oral health assessments, identify signs of gum disease and other oral conditions, and educate patients on proper home care, oral hygiene techniques, and the relationship between oral and overall health. This role includes preparing and maintaining treatment rooms and instruments according to strict infection control and OSHA standards, documenting findings and treatment in the electronic health record, and collaborating closely with dentists, dental assistants, and front office staff to ensure a smooth patient experience. You will help manage patient flow, contribute to treatment planning discussions, and provide gentle, patient-centered care for individuals of all ages and backgrounds.
