Work Force, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and disciplined Data Entry Specialist to support the legal file management operations of our international affiliate. In this role, you will be responsible for the high-volume processing of legal records within the ILSL Legal File System . This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a production-heavy environment and possess an uncompromising commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality.
We offer a performance-based structure designed to reward productivity and accuracy:
Production Pay: $150.00 USD per completed and verified file (approximately 500 data points per file)
Operational Support Rate: $9.80 USD per hour for administrative availability
Earning Potential: Interns who perform efficiently can increase their earnings based on output and accuracy
Sign-on Bonus: $500 upon successful onboarding completion
Performance Incentives: Additional bonuses based on productivity

Enter, update, and manage large volumes of data within the legal file system
Review and verify information for accuracy and completeness

Basic experience with data entry, administration, or computer-based work (preferred but not required)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
