Automotive Customer Service Representative

Compensation: $18.00- $20.00 per hour

Apple Autos is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Automotive Customer Service Representative. What you will do:

1. Ensure all inbound inquiries are answered promptly, professionally, and according to script.
2. Answering incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate department, or taking messages.
3. Schedule customer appointments for the service drive.
4. Assisting customers with inquiries related to automotive products, services, and warranties.
5. Address and resolve customer concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and service to better assist customers.
8. Document customer interactions and feedback to contribute to continuous improvement.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly and approachable personality.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using basic office software.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
