We are looking for an Online Business Manager (OBM) to design systems and strategy for getting work done, task delegation, and operational leadership across the entire business or project. The OBM will guide a team that may include VAs, designers, developers, copywriters, and other experts, collaborating closely with the client on strategy and priorities. An Online Business Manager is responsible for Project Management – laying out plans and managing projects to completion, including launches and program management. Operations Management – automating systems and creating processes for all day‑to‑day activities to streamline and simplify business operations. People Management – outsourcing, managing, and leading the team to meet business goals. Metrics Management – tracking key business stats to inform ongoing growth decisions.
