Key Responsibilities Review, prepare and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors and suppliers. Spot and manage contract risksHandle contract changes and claims. Make sure all contract terms are followed. Work with project teams to solve contract problems. Keep detailed records of all contracts. Report regularly on contract status Requirements At least 5 years of contracts management experience, preferably in mechanical contracting. Proven success in contract negotiations. Good understanding of construction contracts. Knowledge of European contract laws. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in different cultures and countries.
