Business Financial Analyst

$70,000-$80,000 + 12% Bonus | Confidential Employer

Responsibilities

• Build and improve financial models.
• Analyze budgets, forecasts, and operational performance.
• Partner with operations and leadership.
• Prepare and present reports to management and ownership.
• Support capital planning and strategic initiatives.
• Learn plant operations to provide meaningful financial insight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 2-5 years of financial analysis, FP&A, or business analysis experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Manufacturing, industrial, utilities, energy, mining, or operational finance experience is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
