The Role


Business Development Executive to drive new logo growth across SMB and mid-market organizations. You'll sell managed IT, cloud productivity, and cybersecurity solutions in a consultative, business-first sales motion.

This is not an inbound or appointment-setting role.
This is full-cycle, outbound, hunter sales - with strong engineering support and real commission upside.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking
  • Lead discovery with CFOs, COOs, CEOs, and IT leaders
  • Diagnose operational, security, and compliance risks
  • Sell managed services, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions
  • Close multi-year recurring agreements
  • Own the account relationship post-sale to prevent churn and uncover expansion
