What You'll Be Doing Planning and implementing weekly programs and other special events for children/youth from infants to college age. Gathering, training, and equipping volunteers to accomplish the weekly and special event needs of the Youth /Children’s Ministry. Directing, developing and leading discipleship courses for married couples and parents. Skills You Need To Have Love and follow Jesus Excellent relationship skills Ability to teach Strong leadership skills The Area Ainsworth is an agricultural community of approximately 1600 people located in the beautiful Nebraska Sandhills.
