The successful candidates will help advance this mission with a focus on academic progress and success for our students.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Serve alongside others as a first point of contact to the Office of Academic Advising, welcoming visitors with professionalism and warmth.
  • Support recruitment of first-year students into the WELCOME research study during both Fall and Spring semesters;
  • Collaborate closely with WELCOME faculty, advisors, and program staff by participating in cohort meetings throughout the semester to ensure coordinated academic support and timely interventions for students.
  • Assist, as needed, with office administration, including data entry, document printing, organizing materials, and ensuring a welcoming office environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • B.A. required; MA and/or equivalent experience preferred;
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience;
  • Experience and/or passion for working with students from a diversity of backgrounds;
